REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Atlatl Dynamics maintains a strict refund and return policy. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed, except as explicitly stated below.
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY
Refunds or replacements will be considered only if an item arrives damaged or defective.
To be eligible:
• You must contact us within 5 days of delivery
• You must provide your order number
• You must provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Claims submitted after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
If approved, Atlatl Dynamics may, at its discretion:
• Issue a replacement, or
• Issue a refund to the original payment method
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns under any circumstances:
• Clearance or sale items
• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products
• Digital products or downloadable content
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may not be canceled once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
SHIPPING ISSUES
Atlatl Dynamics is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
• Order cancellation
• Account suspension
• Denial of future purchases
